Kara Pelecky: STANLEY Security’s New CIO

Kara Pelecky has more than 20 years of experience as a highly accomplished technology executive and business transformation specialist, providing planning policy formulation and successfully driving multi-million dollar projects throughout her career. She previously held roles with a variety of companies, including Ernst & Young Management Consultancy, Exelon and the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corp.

At STANLEY Security, Pelecky will be responsible for the strategic vision, leadership and ongoing implementation of the company’s IT initiatives. Congrats, Kara!

Tracy Barnes: State of Indiana’s New CIO

Tracy Barnes has been promoted to CIO for the state of Indiana. As CIO, he will lead an office responsible for managing more than $700 million in IT projects.

Barnes has held Deputy Auditor of Operations and IT Director roles, and spent 11 years as chief executive of IT Services at consulting firm Entap. He has has received many accolades for his achievements in the technology sector. Congrats, Tracy!
