“Not only do we want our employees to feel safe at work, but we want them to work at their best capability. And if they’re worried about something bad happening, or being bullied, or dealing with a hostile work environment, or confronting the husband that has a restraining order, then you’re not going to get employees who are focused on their work. We have a duty of care, and we want our employees to work. So we need to provide them a safe workspace.”
