The International Security Management Association (ISMA) has named Molly Jin its first Director of Education & Knowledge Management.

Jin has worked for multiple nonprofit organizations during her career, developing and implementing a variety of continuing education events and programs. Previously she spent three years as the Director of Education and Meetings at the Society for Technical Communication where she established a robust online and in-person continuing education program. She has a keen understanding of the latest delivery methodologies, adult learning techniques, and the importance of leveraging a robust body of knowledge.

“This is an exciting time to join ISMA, and I look forward to building upon its solid foundation of excellent educational programs, while continuing to position ISMA as the corporate security thought leadership organization in the global business environment,” Jin said.
