Roland Cloutier, CSO of ADP, received the RSA Conference Award for Excellence in the Field of Information Security.

As the CSO of ADP, Roland Cloutier brings a wealth of global protection and security leadership experience to one of the world's largest providers of human capital management solutions. Cloutier has functional and operational responsibility for ADP’s cyber, information protection, operational risk, workforce protection, crisis management and investigative and protective security service operations worldwide. His expertise includes the management of strategic converged security and global business protection programs, and he is a visionary and published author in the area of business operations protection programs.

Under his leadership, ADP’s Global Security Organization has made significant strides in promoting and bringing awareness of security and privacy to the entire ADP organization and their millions of clients around the world. His vision included the creation of global councils that bring together thought leaders and stakeholders from various business units and divisions of the company, as well as clients, to address critical security issues and risks such as fraud, healthcare information, physical data management and global data privacy. He has successfully launched international security operations across the globe at ADP, including an expanded network of Critical Incident Response Centers, Security Centers of Excellence, and the reformatting of the organization and integration into ADP’s global business operations.
