ASIS International will hold its 60th Annual Seminar and Exhibits at Georgia World Congress Center, September 29-October 2. General Colin L. Powell, USA (Ret.) will share leadership insights gained over the course of 50 years in public service, when he delivers the keynote address on September 30. Powell’s distinguished career includes both military and diplomatic positions in four presidential administrations.

On Wednesday, October 1, Jon Huntsman, Jr., former governor of Utah (2005-2009) and a candidate for the 2012 Republican Presidential nomination, will keynote. Huntsman served under four U.S. presidents in many critical roles around the world, among them ambassador to Singapore and most recently U.S. ambassador to China. Huntsman now serves on the board of Ford Motor Company, Caterpillar Corporation, and several other organizations. 

United States Navy SEAL Rear Admiral (ret.) and Deputy Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command, Scott Moore will speak at the closing ASIS 2014 luncheon on Thursday, October 2. Moore led the military’s most elite forces during one of the most dangerous times in our history. He’ll share his personal insights on how to transform individuals into a cohesive team and how to demystify the gap between the C-suite and the “boots on the ground.” (This is a ticketed event.)

More than 20,000 security professionals from around the world will attend ASIS 2014 for high-quality education, networking and an expansive exhibit floor of security products and services. More than 200 educational sessions will be presented, including offerings for cybersecurity professionals in collaboration with the colocated (ISC)2 Security Congress.
