From bullet-resistant booths to guard tour technology, how are you equipping your security officers to bring more value to the enterprise?

When the Cold Springs Fire tore through 528 acres of Boulder County, Colo., Director of Emergency Management Mike Chard took to social media.

In fact, it has been driven by changing corporate security concerns, which themselves have been shaped by the fears of corporate leaders.

When Kathleen Hyde talks about cybersecurity leadership, she talks about breadth. “Training is going to teach you the technical skills you need, but employers also want to see somebody who has problem-solving skills, who has good communication skills,” says Hyde, who chairs Cybersecurity Programs at Champlain College Online.
