Doug Clare has been appointed as Head of Cyber Strategy at ISS Corporate Solutions, Inc. (ICS). Clare is a veteran of the cyber and risk management industries and will assume overall responsibility for cyber solutions strategy. 

In this role, Clare will lead the cyber risk product and client success teams tasked with enhancing and expanding cyber risk monitoring and related solutions. Clare will guide the direction and roadmap execution for all cyber use cases, including self-assessment, third party risk management (TPRM) and insurance. 

Clare brings to the role more than 25 years of experience at Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) and a demonstrated track record across multiple cyber risk and product management related roles. He served most recently as Vice President of Fraud, Compliance and Authentication Solutions. Clare also led product management, development and cloud delivery for FICO’s product lines in his prior role as Vice President of Cyber Security Solutions.
