Samsung Techwin and Advanced Digital Security Solutions (ADSS) have reached an agreement whereby ADSS has been appointed as the exclusive partner to conduct Techwin’s closed circuit television business in North and Central America, as well as certain South American countries. The company, headquartered at One Penn Plaza in New York City, will now operate under the trade name, “Samsung360.”

“Samsung Techwin will continue to build on the significant growth achieved over the past five years and we will continue to supply cutting edge CCTV products,” said M.S. Ma, the company’s senior manager of CCTV Sales. “We view this transition as a significant step towards future success”.
