From Vixell, the Quadra II is an embedded system designed to operate as a stand-alone DVR. Recording time has been prolonged based on its image-difference-storing method, through MJPEG compression. Also, with four cameras connected, live video images can be displayed simultaneously, while recording proceeds separately.
