Strom March President, CEO

March Networks of Ottawa has appointed Peter Strom president and chief executive officer. The company’s largest shareholder, Terry Matthews, continues as chairman. Strom joined the firm in early 2003 as senior vice president for sales, marketing and product management.

Changes at TOA

TOA Electronics of San Francisco has promoted Hisayuki Okuoka to president. Assistant Controller Vince Young has been promoted to controller/director of administration.

Cipriano VP of Advanced Technology

Austin, Texas-based Synrdyne has named Joseph Cipriano vice president, advanced technology and biometrics with emphasis on strategic direction.
