3 Hospital Security Guards Assaulted

On Tuesday, a man was arrested after assaulting three security officers at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama, according to a local report. The man, Jatonio Davis, 29, has been charged with three counts of second-degree assault.
The three security officers were called upon by emergency room nurses, who reported Davis had become agitated and was throwing objects in the room. As the security officers escorted Davis from the hospital, he allegedly threw a water bottle at one of them and then punched all three of them. Davis was detained, and the police were called.
Upon arrival, the police spoke with the three security officers, all of whom had suffered some form of bruisng and swelling from the attack.
Court filings indicate that all three security guards intend to prosecute.
