"Before, the systems were kind of created to manage the physical side, people were worried about the entrances, the cameras, pretty much the hardware infrastructure of the access control system. But I think nowadays that's shifted to instead of worrying so much about the physical side, people are more concerned about the physical presence of people and also their credentials," Rojas says. "So, we're not managing the doors and the cameras and all of that. We're more managing people's credentials and access to certain areas of the building."

"It's been kind of interesting to see that morph right from something so simple to now so much more expansive in that knowledge and true oversight of a property," Perkins adds.
