Security industry mourns the loss of Keith Oringer

Keith Oringer, Founder and President of Security ProAdvisors, passed away on April 11, 2025. Oringer was an esteemed leader in the industry, with more than 30 years of experience and a legacy defined by integrity and excellence.
Oringer founded Security ProAdvisors in 2015, combining his financial and operational expertise to support security organizations in improving profitability and greater valuation. In this role, he represented sellers and buyers of security guarding companies and offered valuation and consulting services. He also co-authored “Legends of the Security Services Industry: Profiles in Leadership” and was a contributing writer to Security magazine.
To those who knew him, Oringer was passionate about everything he did — whether in business, on the tennis court, or in the company of family and friends.
Oringer was the husband of Nicole and the father of Andrew and Eric. He was also the brother of Wendi and the uncle to Josie and Maya.
