Security leaders on the Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP) will develop a standard for executive protection to be submitted to the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

The Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP) has begun the process of creating an official industry standard for personal protection. All interested industry professionals can apply to join the effort.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and ASIS International are joining forces to develop an ANSI standard for Managing the Investigative Process -- Guidance on Conducting Investigations. 

The newest ANSI standard, Conformity Assessment and Auditing Management Systems for Quality of Private Security Company Operations, was released today.
