The Houston Independent School District is no exception. As the largest school district in Texas and the seventh largest in the United States, it serves about 209,000 students across 280 campuses.
American universities are breeding grounds for innovation and research for students from across the globe. They are also a primary target of IP theft and cyber-attacks by some of these very students and their governments.
