The Private Officer Public Safety Foundation® announced a new program to help feed officers who have been injured on duty and who are currently at home recuperating.

The program, in partnership with several vendors who provide Meals at Home Delivered to Your Door, will provide a source of nutrition, vitamins and protein, to help officers to recover from traumatic and often, very serious injuries.

The service will also allow the injured officer and their family to focus on healing and recovery.

The Foundation works to serve first responders in both the public and private sectors in education and training, recognition and awards, supplemental equipment and emergency individual and agency assistance.

Grant allocations and services are made possible through the association members, including sponsors and donors.
