BREAKING: Navy Yard Shooting Suspect Dead

One suspect is dead after a shooting at the Washington D.C. Navy Yard, according to CNN. Conflicting reports have emerged about whether the suspect worked alone, but multiple people were killed in the Monday morning shooting.
The injured included a Washington police officer who has been hospitalized, and a base security guard officer, according to the Metropolitan Police Department. "Multiple deaths" have been reported.
According to CNN, the incident began at 8:20 a.m. when several shots were fired inside the headquarters for Naval Sea Systems Command in southeast Washington.
