The International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC) is having two events early this month in Carefree, Ariz.:

• May 6-7, 2006 – Successful Security Consulting. This will be a two-day seminar on how to start a practice, from start-up, to marketing, to client retrieval and referral. The program provides experienced-based knowledge on how to become a successful security consultant, taught by experts who have started their own business, gained the right experience and learned from their own mistakes. ASIS members will receive IAPSC Member pricing.
  
• May 7-10, 2006 – IAPSC Annual Conference. This conference will cover the following topics including, tips for getting more business, partnering and choosing partners, presentations, forensics topics, and publishing as a secondary revenue source.
