Keith Oringer

Keith Oringer, Founder and President of Security ProAdvisors, is a security executive with more than 27 years of experience in the security guard industry and has extensive experience in the acquisition of companies. He began his career at Wells Fargo Guard Services (Borg Warner Protective Services, Inc.) in various operational roles. Oringerlater joined U.S. Security Associates, Inc. as a shareholder and the third employee. From inception, Oringer was instrumental in building the company over 20 years to above $1.2 billion in revenue and 46,000 employees in addition to becoming President of a $100 million in revenue business unit. As President of Security ProAdvisors, he represents sellers or buyers of security guard companies. In addition, he provides valuation and consulting services. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton. He is a member of ASIS and Associated License Detectives of NY State.
