Located in Chicago's Fulton Market neighborhood, 167 Green Street is the first multi-tenant office building in the United States to offer all tenants building access through employee badges in Apple Wallet.

The LEED Gold-certified building contains multiple office spaces, as well as an Amenity Penthouse on the 17th floor, which includes a 400-person town hall that doubles as a full-sized professional basketball court, an outdoor terrace with a vegetable and flower garden, as well as an indoor garage with electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and bike parking.

167 Green was developed by Shapack Partners and Focus, alongside real estate investment firm Walton Street Capital. The technological deployment for 167 Green's Apple Wallet integration was done in close collaboration with Sharry, a European property technology company, and HID Global, a secure identity solutions provider. 167’s employee badge was designed by Don C., influential streetwear designer & Chicago native.

With the rollout of employee badge in Apple Wallet, 167 Green's tenants can tap their iPhone or Apple Watch to unlock office doors, turnstiles, elevators and key card-protected amenity spaces, rather than presenting plastic badges.
