Key enhancements to Ocularis VMS 5 from OnSSI include new Smart Camera Drivers for Dahua, Panasonic and THK Security Solutions cameras to provide immediate support for all new cameras without the need to wait for individual camera drivers or driver packs. Extended support for H.265 compression includes Axis Communications, Dahua and Panasonic cameras. Additional features include an Ocularis Client update with new playback of alarm recordings only; Base and Administrator updates with recorder configuration changes automatically made inside; a new System Status tab that allows the admin to immediately see which devices are online or offline; and new Ocularis 5 Web features bookmarking for faster access to video.
