Altegrity, Inc ., a provider of information solutions, has named William J. Bratton Chairman of Kroll, one of Altegrity, Inc.'s four core businesses. Kroll president and CEO Ben Allen will continue in his daily leadership role and responsibilities as leader of Kroll business activities and operations. In his new role with Kroll, Bratton will work with Allen and the business' senior leadership to achieve Kroll's strategic growth objectives as well as assist with client outreach and service initiatives.

 

Bratton has been serving as the Chairman of Altegrity Risk International (ARI).
