From Cantronic Systems Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, the CIRP800m Active Infrared Night Vision System captures clear images in total darkness from up to 2,600 feet away in demanding weather conditions and total darkness. Unlike passive thermal imaging night vision, active infrared night vision worked very well in demanding weather conditions, making it ideal for anti-terrorism and homeland security applications.
