The new Digital 940 Series includes two different models to provide a selection of transmission capabilities for a wide range of applications on both multimode and singlemode fiber cable. All models in the digital 940 Series of products feature NTSC, RS-170, RS-343A and PAL compatibility and are designed for transparent operation with all camera and monitor manufacturers equipment. Additional features include:

10-Bit digitally-encoded video transmission insuring 4 real-time color video signals that exceed all the requirements of RS-250C Medium Haul guaranteeing extremely high video performance levels with SNR >67dB at maximum loss budget; multimode and singlemode optical fiber compatibility; and availability in wall or rack-mount configurations. The digital 940 Series transmits four channels of 10 Bit digital video on a multimode optical fiber at 1300 nm for 2 Km at a very competitive cost. The digital 940SL Series transmits four channels of 10 Bit digital video on a singlemode optical fiber at 1300 nm and features a 27 dB optical budget.
