Anna Mercado Clark has been hired as the first Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Phillips Lytle. As the firm's CISO, Clark manages the development and oversight of various aspects of the firm's security policies and programs. In Clark's previous role at Phillips Lytle, she has expanded data privacy and cybersecurity and e-discovery practices.

Clark has been awarded credentials by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, including Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E), Certified Information Privacy Professional for the U.S. Private Sector (CIPP/US) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).

Clark also developed and teaches a data privacy and security course at Fordham Law.
