Based on the Stanley Convergent Security Solutions’ (Stanley) eServices, a suite of online, real-time eManagement offerings launched in 1999, the company tells Zalud’s Blog of three new eServices at the security industry’s 2008 ASIS show in Atlanta, Georgia mid September. The newest services in the Stanley eServices line-up, which were created in response to customer needs, are: eAccessManager, eVideo Audit and eVideo Live. Customers have been so pleased with Stanley’s industry-leading, online tools which they can access on a real-time basis, they requested additional eServices be developed to help them take their security and business operations to the next level.

eAccessManager, a web-based remote managed access control service provided by Stanley’s ProtectionNet Customer Service Center, provides door and holiday scheduling, card management and photo ID badging, as well as standard and custom reporting. eAccessManager is ideal for Stanley customers who want all the benefits of access control for their facility, without the hassle of managing, maintaining and staffing the administration of the system.

eVideo Audit, web-based video auditing service provided by Stanley’s ProtectionNet™ Customer Service Center, confirms business processes with video audits, immediate notification and online pass/fail reports. eVideo Audit allows users to focus time on customers and business, letting Stanley ensure that all of locations adhere to a company’s unique business practices and standards.

eVideo Live, a web-based video portal, allows customers to view cameras live, view and retrieve recorded videos from their DVR, all from Stanley’s secure, convenient and proven eServices web portal. eVideo Live is ideal for Stanley customers who want a more convenient and powerful means to access their video system.

The new eAccessManager, eVideo Live and eVideo Audit are smartly integrated with in the existing eServices web portal utilizing the same user name, password, easy-to-use functionality, robust reporting generation and operational flexibility.

According to Gonzales, “These new services are valuable to customers because it gives them more time to concentrate on operating their business or running their security program. Customers want their security tools to be online for easy access rather than spending time and money purchasing and managing additional software or waiting on their security provider to respond to requests,” states Gonzales.
