SMS Holdings Acquires Brantley Services

SMS Holdings, a provider of security and facility management services and parent company of Valor Security Services, just rolled out a major business expansion with the acquisition of Brantley Services of Louisville, Ky., according to Keith Wolken, chairman.

The Brantley Services asset acquisition includes companies that have combined annual revenues exceeding $35 million and employ more than 1700 individuals nationwide. 

·            Brantley Security, a company that provides security services for office buildings, retailers, distribution facilities, and other clients.

·           Block by Block, which provides cleaning and safety services to the Business Improvement Districts of over 30 cities across the country.

·            Brantley Usher, which is the provider of hosting and event management services at major sporting and entertainment events, such as the Kentucky Derby.

The Brantley companies will maintain their names and continue to operate from their Louisville headquarters under president Jeremy Curran.
