Jarret Raim, Director of Rackspace Managed Security, is responsible for the design, development and implementation of all customer-facing security products and services. He has held multiple security-related positions at Rackspace, including product manager for Rackspace’s traditional security tools and application security architect for internal Rackspace systems. Jarret also created the Barbican key management product and built capabilities around Rackspace’s cryptographic engineering. He holds master's and bachelor’s degrees in computer science from Trinity University and Lehigh University, and he has a background in development.
