The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee passed U.S. Sen. Mark Warner’s CAMPUS Safety Act, which would consolidate federal campus safety efforts into the National Center for Campus Public Safety.

The maximum fine for any violation of the Jeanne Clery Act has increased from $27,500 to $35,000.

Security On Campus has changed its name to the Clery Center for Security on Campus, or Clery Center for short.
