Allied Universal acquires security firm Norred & Associates

Allied Universal, a global security and facility services company, has announced the acquisition of Norred & Associates, Inc. — an Atlanta, Georgia-based full-service security firm.
With revenues in excess of $36 million and more than 830 employees, Norred & Associates has provided users with a full range of security services encompassing manned guarding, investigations, pre-employment screening and security consulting.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. In April 2021, Allied became the 7th largest employer in the world.
