Parcel 2, a mixed-use development project in downtown Rochester, New York will be secured by an access control and visitor management system. The building, one of the first in a project to revitalize downtown Rochester, will be comprised of residential and commercial space. Co-owners Buckingham Properties and Butler/Till will install the Symmetry Access Control system from AMAG Technology integrated with Allegion's Schlage LE wireless locks.

The five-story, 106,000 square foot mixed-use building will house Butler/Till, which also install a visitor management system and occupy space on the ground floor and the entirety of floors two and three, with employees having access to underground parking and a private roof deck. Retail will occupy the remaining ground floor, along with potential enhanced pedestrian experiences and outdoor seating. The upper floors will consist of 28 residential units and a roof deck, accessible to residents.

Symmetry Access Control and Symmetry GUEST visitor management will manage employee access and the flow of visitors throughout the two-plus floors. Using the software-partitioning feature in Symmetry Access Control, security is managed separately for residential tenants.
