California's Transportation Agency will install video surveillance and cloud-based monitoring of mobile cameras and recorders. The solution being used on the entire bus fleet of more than 400 is March Networks’ complete end-to-end RideSafe solution. 

RideSafe enables transit operators to maintain security for passengers and employees, respond quickly to emergency situations, and resolve liability claims with integrated surveillance video and vehicle metadata.  

March Networks’ managed services professionals will monitor video devices and troubleshoot issues remotely.

They allow operators to access live and recorded video and search for incidents based on vehicle information like GPS location when managed by the company's video management software. The California transportation authority will also deploy March Networks’ ruggedized mobile camera.
