Panasonic i-PRO Sensing Solutions Corporation of America’s BWC4000 is a body-worn camera that features a 12-hour field-swappable battery, providing law enforcement and security officers with extended camera operation without having to deal with cumbersome charging cables. Officers can swap a discharged battery with a charged replacement if they remain in the field for more than 12 hours. The i-PRO BWC4000 can tag videos with metadata using an easy-to-use LCD menu; MP4 file recording; H.264/H.265 video compression to maximize recording capacity; and 1080p, 720p or 360p HD resolution in either the 16:9 or 4:3 aspect ratio. For added deployment versatility, the new BWC4000 also offers built-in GPS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
