Neal Semikin, who previously held the roles of Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of IT Security at the Bank of England, has joined cybersecurity firm, The 324 Consultancy.

With more than 30 years Information Technology experience, Semikin has led numerous high-focus deliveries and transformations for Lloyds Banking Group and the Bank of England. As the Bank of England’s CISO, working in partnership with the Head of IT Security, he was accountable for the Bank’s Cyber Security risk and organizational maturity. Whilst at the Bank of England, Semikin was also the UK representative at the G20 Working Party on Security Incidents in Basel, and the tri-lateral Cyber partnership with the U.S. Federal Reserve and Bank of Canada.

As the newly appointed CISO of The 324 Consultancy, Neal will be advising on key client projects, specializing in cyberstrategy and operational resilience.
