Panasonic’s FacePRO® Facial Recognition features a “deep learning” core engine. It can identify faces that are difficult to recognize with conventional technologies, including faces at an angle of up to 45 degrees, as well as faces hidden by sunglasses. It includes an “intelligent auto mode” that signals the camera to adjust settings to capture images for facial recognition. Its integration with the Face Alert mobile app allows users to register a face, receive notifications of face-matching alerts and view the history of alerts.
