Frasco Profiles, a leading provider of national and international Employment Screening and Drug Testing Services, announces the addition of veteran industry attorney and executive, Vincent J. Pascarella, to the new post of director of business development and compliance.

Pascarella is a Colorado licensed attorney with extensive knowledge and experience in background screening, drug testing, employment law, business law and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and equivalents.

Pascarella has nine years of experience in the employment screening industry and also served as a co-chair of the Best Practices and Compliance Committee (BPCC) of the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). He also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
