Marlin Central Monitoring, Kissimmee, Fla., and VideoProtein have teamed up to provide a standardized video solution that will deliver remote access to video systems through a single interface, allowing dealers to generate additional recurring revenues by offering multiple new video services to their customers. The partnership should allow the DVRs and cameras several expanded features that go well beyond their original capabilities.
“VideoProtein allows us to standardize video alarms, verification and guard tours on one monitoring platform without dictating to dealers what DVR or camera equipment to use,” said Barry Brannon, Marlin’s vice president of business development. “We’ve actually been able to bring on more dealers as a result of this relationship.”
