Edge manufactures an IP-based access control system, the Edge ACS. Each IP Controller communicates securely over the Internet (using the facility’s existing LAN) to a central server. Users manage their system via a web browser using the EdgeWeb management software. The system supports biometric fingerprint readers as well as common Wiegand devices. Edge distributes the Edge ACS through systems integrators worldwide.
