International Fiber Systems Incorporated (IFS), announces the introduction of its VT1500WDM-ADEMCO video transmitter and data receiver. The VT1500WDM-ADEMCO video transmitter and data receiver is designed for use in the ADEMCO RapidGold dome system providing a fully integrated solution. This unit mounts directly into the domes power-supply enclosure, replacing the traditional power, data and coaxial cable connection within the enclosure. The VT1500WDM-ADEMCO changes the Rapid Gold camera from a standard coaxial connection dome to a direct to fiber connection. The optical output of the dome is compatible with the standard IFS VR1500WDM or VR1500WDM-CC receiver. The IFS VT1500WDM-ADEMCO allows for the simultaneous transmission of video and one-way control data over one multimode optical fiber.
