Secure-It, Inc. announces the distribution of the Sonic Shock alarm product provided by Comprotec Corp. Sonic Shock is made of 1/16" stainless steel and is an industrial style security device. It fits any projector that has a free flat surface by adhering a base plate to the equipment, which is then used to lock on to the alarm itself. The alarm produces a 117-db siren and is triggered by cutting or unplugging a 10-foot electronically monitored tether, which would be looped around any immovable object. Once tripped, the siren sounds for over 2 hours and is turned off only by a key, which can be keyed alike or master keyed to simplify key management on multiple units.
