The Apollo long range infrared pocket-size transmitter and receiver AP-IRT and AP-IRC provide Wiegand interface to access control systems or can operate as a self-contained standalone system. Standard read ranges are up to 25 feet outdoors and up to 80 feet indoors. These ranges can be doubled with use of the extended read range receiver. Each transmitter can be programmed with a facility code and a unique user identification number.
