The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has added six new symptoms that have been reported to be associated with coronavirus.

“Chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell” now stand alongside previously-recorded symptoms on the CDC's website such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath or difficulty breathing.

According to the CDC, patients typically see symptoms within two to 14 days following exposure to the coronavirus.
