Are Apple Devices Threatening Your Enterprise’s Security?Forty-five percentof nearly 2,500 U.S. workers surveyed by Dimensional Research and Centrify Corporation use at least one Apple device for work purposes, and 63 percent of those devices are owned by the user as opposed to the company. Despite the popularity of Apple devices in the workplace, enterprises may not be investing enough resources to secure or manage them. Fifty-eight percentof devices in the survey do not have software installed to enforce strong passwords, and only 17 percentof Apple devices have a company-supplied password manager. Thirty-five percentof Apple devices in the survey have encryption of stored data enforced by their company.
