July 1, 2005
Madison, N.C.-based Remington Arms Co. Inc.’s new Technologies Division has unveiled the Eye Ball R1, a tossable audio/video surveillance device. Law enforcement officers can roll, toss or drop the ruggedized Eye Ball into virtually any hazardous situation – providing immediate visibility that enables users to make safe, intelligent decisions in dangerous environments. Approximately the size of a baseball, the Eye Ball captures and transmits real-time audio and video to a Personal Display Unit.
