George Frandsen, CPP, is the Senior Manager, Corporate Safety and Security, for Florida Blue (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida). Frandsen has more than 15 years of security experience. Prior to joining Florida Blue, he held leadership positions with AlliedBarton Security Services. Frandsen was selected by Security Director News as one of the “20 Under 40” who represent the future of the security industry. He is board-certified in security management by ASIS International and holds a Master of Science Degree in Security Management.
Frandsen currently oversees physical access control, visitor management, parking administration, the security operations center, analysis and investigations, workplace violence prevention and executive security for Florida Blue.
