White House Security Report Calls for Higher Fence and New Leadership
A new report about security at the White House concluded that a better, taller fence needs to be erected as soon as possible.
The recommendation comes from a report conducted by a four-person panel formed at the behest of Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson to conduct an independent review of the U.S. Secret Service, said Politico. The panel also made recommendations to the Service in the areas of training and personnel, perimeter security, technology, operations, and leadership.
