Fan Hospitalized After Falling Off Escalator At MetLife Stadium
A football fan fell at least 21 feet from a MetLife Stadium escalator on Sunday.
According to a USA Today report, the man was leaving the stadium in East Rutherford on Sunday at around 4 p.m. when he fell over the side of the escalator and landed on a metal stage. It's not clear what caused him to fall.
The report says that the man was airlifted to Hackensack University Hospital and was in critical condition Sunday night.
