The trade and lobby group for American Airlines -- Airlines for America (A4A), has named a new SVP for Safety, Security and Operations. Capt. Billy Nolen has 26 years of commercial and military airline experience, most recently as American Airlines’ Managing Director of Corporate Safety and Regulatory Affairs.
In his new role, "Nolen will work with A4A members to advise, evaluate and set standards and procedures that maximize safety and customer service and improve efficiency," reported TravelPulse.
