Security video and a witness's cell phone video are being used to track down a man who spray-painted over a Picasso painting in Houston, according to an article from The Associated Press.
Officials say that the vandalism happened Wednesday afternoon at the Menil Collection in a Houston art museum, where the 1929 painting, "Woman in a Red Armchair," is one of nine Picassos. Using a stencil, the vandal painted a bull on the face of the figure in the painting.
