Atlanta to Install Cameras on all Public Transit Vehicles
The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) has announced that it will install security cameras on all its buses, trains and mobility vans by 2014, according to a report from CBS Atlanta.
According to MARTA police sergeant Aston Greene, the system will cost $14 million in install, and the program is a part of Atlanta’s “See Something, Say Something” campaign.
